From March 28 to April 10 2025, 20 students and 4 teachers from Greece travelled to Foligno for a diverse and enriching Erasmus+ experience.
The first group, composed of 10 students and 2 teachers, followed a course focused on WordPress and business productivity. Participants were introduced to the basics of web design, took part in a workshop on web marketing and artificial intelligence, and visited local companies using digital tools in their daily operations. The group also visited local schools to better understand the Italian educational environment.
Meanwhile, the second group, also made up of 10 students and 2 teachers, engaged in a course on Modern Hospital Protocols. They explored the Italian healthcare system, received training on clinical procedures and carried out study visits to clinics and care homes in the Foligno area. Like the first group, they also visited local schools to round out their experience.
Outside of their training, both groups enjoyed cultural excursions to some of Umbria and Tuscany’s most iconic towns including Spello, Spoleto, Assisi and Florence. They discovered not only new skills but also the beauty and traditions of central Italy.
This successful mobility, made possible by the collaboration between AKETH and EGInA, perfectly combined vocational learning and intercultural exchange, offering students and teachers an experience they won’t soon forget.
