As part of the VET mobility programme, the ElleElle Social Cooperative in Foligno – which provides services for people with disabilities – hosted a student from Spain.
From September to December 2025, Sofía, a student at IES Pedro de Tolosa in Madrid, spent three months supporting the cooperative’s staff in social activities.
EGInA and the ElleElle Social Cooperative have worked together for several years. This partnership has made it possible to welcome international trainees into ElleElle’s social programmes, and the cooperative will continue to host interns in the future.

For both EGInA and ElleElle, cultural exchange is one of the partnership’s most important values. Welcoming students from abroad gives people with disabilities the chance to encounter new cultures and broaden their horizons each time an intern joins their daily activities. In this way, Erasmus+ mobilities become a practical opportunity to share experiences and discover different cultural perspectives.
Several moments from Sofía’s placement reflect her strong commitment, including taking part in games and other enjoyable activities with the people supported by ElleElle. A particularly memorable occasion was a visit from “Kaos”, supporters of Foligno’s football team, who donated team T-shirts.
