From March 7 to June 14, 2025, three students from the Belgian school De Wijnpers lived an unforgettable experience in Foligno, Italy, as part of a three-month Erasmus+ internship mobility.
Staf, Emilie and Kobe, all specializing in graphic design, carried out their internships at two local companies: Python srl and Essential Ark. This opportunity allowed them to apply their creative skills in a professional environment, gain valuable work experience and explore new design perspectives.
But their time in Italy wasn’t limited to the workplace. Over the course of their stay, the students developed strong friendships with fellow Erasmus participants as well as locals. From sharing daily life and traditions to discovering Italian cuisine and exploring the Umbrian countryside, they made lasting memories.
All three students expressed their deep appreciation for the experience and the warm welcome they received. They are unanimous: they will definitely return to Foligno!
This Erasmus+ mobility perfectly illustrates how professional growth and cultural exchange go hand in hand, making a lasting impact on young people’s lives.
