Sending: CPIA 2 Bergamo Job Shadowing Experience in Cádiz

From 26 April to 2 May 2026, a delegation from CPIA 2 Bergamo “Tullio de Mauro” participated in a job shadowing mobility in Cádiz, Spain, as part of the Erasmus+ KA121 Adult Education project coordinated by EGInA under the EDA’n’EDA Consortium Accreditation.

During the mobility, participants explored the Andalusian adult education system and exchanged good practices with several local institutions, including the CEP of Cádiz, the Official School of Languages of San Fernando, CEPER “María Zambrano” and IPEP Puntales. The experience offered valuable insights into flexible and inclusive approaches to adult learning, teacher training and lifelong education.

Beyond the professional exchange, the mobility also strengthened cooperation between European institutions committed to inclusion, innovation and lifelong learning. Initiatives developed within the EDA’n’EDA Consortium Accreditation continue to demonstrate how Erasmus+ creates meaningful opportunities for collaboration, mutual learning and the strengthening of adult education across Europe.

EGInA warmly thanks CPIA 2 Bergamo “Tullio de Mauro” for sharing their experience and for providing the information featured in this article. Their contribution highlights the value of European cooperation in promoting inclusion and lifelong learning through Erasmus+ activities.
