Sending: ENNE VET Accreditation Job shadowing mobility in Armenia

From 10 to 16 May 2026, EGInA took part in a job-shadowing mobility programme in Armenia together with Italian teachers and school heads as part of the ENNE VET Accreditation project. During the week-long experience, participants stayed in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, before continuing the mobility in the Lori region.

The programme began at the French-Armenian Vocational Education Center (CEPFA), a vocational training centre created through cooperation between Armenia and France. Participants had the opportunity to discover the Armenian vocational education system, observe innovative teaching methods, and exchange experiences and best practices with teachers and education professionals from different European regions.

Throughout the mobility, participants took part in a variety of educational and cultural activities, including language lessons, practical workshops in fashion and pastry making, school visits, and meetings with local students and school managers. The experience also included visits to educational institutions and training centres in Yerevan, Vanadzor, and Stepanavan, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of studentsโ€™ daily life and vocational training opportunities in Armenia.

In addition to the professional learning activities, the mobility offered a rich cultural programme. Participants explored important cultural and historical sites such as monasteries, museums, villages, and local landmarks, while also discovering Armenian traditions, gastronomy, and hospitality through organised dinners and cultural visits.

This Erasmus+ mobility represented a valuable opportunity for international cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and professional development, strengthening collaboration between European educational institutions and promoting the exchange of innovative practices in vocational education and training.
