From April 20th to 24th, 2026, the CPIA 1 (Provincial Centre for Adult Education) of Bergamo took part in an Erasmus+ job shadowing mobility, part of the EDA’n’EDA project at the Official Language School (EOI) in Gandía, Valencia, Spain. This professional experience was a valuable opportunity to observe new organisational models and teaching methods that could be introduced in our school.
During the week, they attended Italian and English classes at different levels, from A2 to C1, and had the opportunity to exchange ideas and teaching practices with colleagues from the Spanish language school. They also took part in the creation of a video for the school’s YouTube channel, sharing their experience and presenting their work.
The programme also included a visit to the university campus, where they attended a 3D printing workshop, as well as a visit to the city of Valencia. This Erasmus+ mobility was a meaningful opportunity for professional development, international cooperation and the exchange of good practices between schools across Europe.
