From March 4th to June 3rd, ten students from various schools in Valencia, Spain, all part of a consortium traveled to Foligno for an exciting three-month mobility. They were placed in a range of local companies across several sectors: IT, floristry, healthcare and sales.
In the IT sector, students worked on tasks such as programming, website updates and assisting with tech support.
Those in floristry helped create arrangements, assisted customers, and learned about plant care.
Interns in the healthcare field supported elderly care facilities, observing professionals and helping with diverse tasks.
Meanwhile, students placed in shops were involved in customer service, inventory management and promotional activities.
These practical experiences helped students learn useful skills and become better at working in teams, adapting to new situations and feeling more confident in an international setting.
Outside of work EGInA organized two exciting group activities: an adrenaline-filled session of electric kart racing and an adventurous rafting trip. Both were great opportunities for bonding and fun. In their free time, the students made the most of their stay by traveling all through Italy.
Their time in Foligno was not only professionally valuable, but also personally enriching. They created unforgettable memories, new friendships and a connection to the Italian way of life.
