From April 1st to June 12th, eight students from IES Virgen de las Nieves, Granada, Spain, took part in a VET mobility in Foligno. Hosted by local companies, the students worked across several technical sectors, including electromechanical maintenance, agricultural and construction machinery, telecommunications installations, carpentry and furniture and vehicle electromechanics.
The internships provided hands-on learning opportunities, allowing the students to apply their skills in real-world settings while adapting to a new cultural and professional environment.
Beyond the workplace, the group spent their free time exploring Italy, visiting cities across the country. The experience proved to be both professionally and personally enriching. They went back to Spain with new skills, lasting memories and a deeper connection to Italian culture.
